Since it was formed in 1979, Dysart has sought to bring high quality commercial development projects from conception to completion in cities and towns across the UK, with a particular concentration on the North East of England.

Key developments have included Newcastle Business Park, the Dollar Bay office development in London's Docklands and - through our majority shareholding in Project Genesis Ltd - the redevelopment of the 700 acre Consett Steelworks site, which is still ongoing.

The launch of Dysart Residential in 2005 introduces the quality and innovation of Dysart to a whole new audience, beginning with the launch of two new housing developments in the Consett area.
